I’m only 28 and just last month when I was taking a selfie of myself, I noticed that I started to have wrinkles and that worries me. Even my friends started to notice and for someone young with wrinkles, it reduces confidence although it works wonders with clients as I have a more “experienced” look.

    Out of curiosity, will there be any side effects if instead of rubbing with forefingers, I use my face massager instead?

    The only problem I have with yoga, I can’t seem to actually start doing it. Now I read only 10-15 minutes a day can already have a positive impact.

    This is interesting due to me doing a small exercise in the morning taking up about this time.

    I’m a 55 year old male, can you recommend a training I could do in the morning to wake up right and get my body going?
