  1. Using forefingers and rubbing my face to reduce wrinkles, been looking for that everywhere! I’m only 28 and just last month when I was taking a selfie of myself, I noticed that I started to have wrinkles and that worries me. Even my friends started to notice and for someone young with wrinkles, it reduces confidence although it works wonders with clients as I have a more “experienced” look.

    Out of curiosity, will there be any side effects if instead of rubbing with forefingers, I use my face massager instead?

  2. Hi, I’ve heard a lot of yoga and am interested in learning more.

    The only problem I have with yoga, I can’t seem to actually start doing it. Now I read only 10-15 minutes a day can already have a positive impact.

    This is interesting due to me doing a small exercise in the morning taking up about this time.

    I’m a 55 year old male, can you recommend a training I could do in the morning to wake up right and get my body going?

I knew yoga was good for your body, but I had no idea that it was also good for your skin.  Who would have thought that you could exercise, your mind, body and skin, all at once by doing yoga.  It is great to help you relax and calm your tense muscles.  I can’t believe that it can also help to get rid of spots on your face, and treat wrinkled skin.  Is there anything that yoga can’t do?
